DNS Angola is an Angolan company based in Luanda and specialised in Internet Services and Domain Name Registration. Created with the idea of online service in the first place, we focus on helping people achieving their Internet project fast and efficiently.

DNS Angola is now in charge of maintaining the Registry of Angolan domain name in "CO.AO" and "IT.AO" extension, this was officially announced by Prof. Teta (head of the Angolan Registry) during the last ICANN session in Paris. DNS Angola also acts as the first official Angolan Registrar with important ambitions for Angola in the IT development as detailed in this document.

DNS Angola has grown a strong relationship with the NIC.cz, the official Czech Registry. We have implemented the FRED OpenSource registration service they have developed. This solution allows Angola to benefit from a high level Registry, which includes cutting edge technology such as EPP, IPV6 and in the near future Internationalised Domain Names registration.

Reg.it.ao has been developed using improved development scheme based on Java technology with a couple of international partners.
